A three-part report series with findings and recommendations - established the linkage of data capacity gaps and coalition priorities integral for strengthening the capacity of coalitions and networks of women’s rights and civil society organizations (WRO/CSO) to collect and utilize requisite data. Also, it emphasizes the connectedness of targeted advocacy interventions and policy influencing through multi-stakeholder partnerships that can be driven by WRO/CSO/Coalition-Networks. Based on Her Voice research, these advocacy interventions interlace with the thematic areas of climate change, digital transformation and Violence against Women (VAW) and girls as rapidly expanding streams that require critical attention within WCAR. Furthermore, the Report series provide Country-specific insights to how resource scarcity, digital exigencies and displacements from climate related events deepen VAW, how the chain of climate shocks disrupt livelihoods and social systems, how the digital tools that simultaneously enable survival also expose women & girls to new risks, and how gendered power relations and backlash shape who absorbs harm and who remains protected individually and/or organizationally.
